management.

travel & tourism, and gavee an in-depth view of the behind the
scenes workings of the hospitality industry and test your knowledge to discover
whether you have what it takes to become an ‘honorary graduate’. This also introduced the courses at Glion and Les Roches that are
popular among Middle East hoteliers and aspiring hospitality students.
The event was ably hosted by Fabienne
Rollandin, Director Industry Relations- Laureate Hospitality Education and
Sonia Tatar, CEO of Les Roches International School of Hotel Management.
Both Fabienne and Sonia have worked in senior level management in the UAE
hospitality industry and will help you to apply the knowledge to the local
