Ba Restaurant & Lounge Launches a Yum Cha Brunch with a Twist

Ba Restaurant & Lounge at Fairmont The Palm has launched a Saturday Yum Cha Brunch with a modern twist, combining Chinese delicacies with access to the hotel’s beautiful pool and private white-sand beach and allowing you to take the day at your own pace – the perfect alternative to Dubai’s traditional brunch.
Devour delicious Asian tapas in between sunbathing, listening to DJ-spun music and taking a refreshing dip – Ba’s staff will ensure your glass is kept chilled and your plates topped up as often as you choose from 12pm to 3pm.  The brunch menu includes everything from small bites such as traditionally steamed dim sum and beautifully crafted spring rolls to more hearty options including wok-fried specialities. 
With a spectacular view of the sea and Dubai’s Marina skyline, the terrace and beach at Ba Restaurant & Lounge is the ideal place to enjoy a tea-infused mocktail or signature drink whilst soaking up some rays.  After 3pm, the post-brunch party kicks in with DJ Jason Kabuki’s mix guaranteeing the perfect end to a perfect day. 
Yum Cha Brunch starts at AED 225 per person with soft drinks, or AED 395 with signature house beverages, hops and grape included.
For those looking for opulence and having their toes in the sand, the private cabanas nestled on the beach are a must. The Yum Cha Cabana Brunch is AED 550 per person and includes beachside service, Chinese tapas and signature house beverages in addition to a complimentary bottle of premium bubbly to share. Minimum of two people per cabana.
