Explorer Launches Search For The Ultimate Explorer 2013

The UAE’s biggest competition is back - and Explorer is searching for the Ultimate Explorer 2013.

The race is now on to become Explorer’s very own brand ambassador – with the chance to experience  adrenaline activities such as hot-air ballooning, shark diving and microlight flying,  meals in the best restaurants, nights at the most stylish hotels, and tickets for the hottest events in town. The Ultimate Explorer will also get to drive a brand new Toyota FJ Cruiser (courtesy of Al-Futtaim Motors – Toyota), enjoy five-star weekend getaways courtesy of Anantara, fly Premium Economy to London and New York with Virgin Atlantic, and receive a AED 50,000 shopping allowance for Adventure HQ.

Explorer launched its 2013 Search for the Ultimate Explorer on Saturday night (01.02.13) at partner venue Barasti. The event was hosted by Dubai 92 Drive Time DJ’s Dan and Pricey, who revealed this years’ ultimate prize worth AED 500,000. The first 10 instant winners were picked at random on the night, with prizes including a hot air balloon flight, concert tickets and spa treatments.

Claire England, Associate Publisher, comments: “The Search For The Ultimate Explorer is now in its third year and we intend to build on its previous success to make this year even bigger and better! Not only is the prize one of the biggest in the UAE but also the race to the finish is packed with excitement and adventure.
