@MaisonMathis Maison Mathis Delivers the Finest Cuisine from the Heart of Europe to the Middle East

New Arabian Ranches Destination Offers On-Site Bakery, Expertly Roasted Coffee and Home-Made Delicacies to Residents and Wider Community

With a menu inspired by classically delicious food from the heart of Europe, made with the freshest ingredients available and served with a contemporary sensibility, Maison Mathis has opened its first location in the Middle East.
The light-filled space in Arabian Ranches accommodates early-morning guests seeking perfectly served coffee, delicious pastries and daily breads home baked on the premises, before serving lunch and dinner of fresh salads, soups and sandwiches and traditionally prepared classics such as quiche Lorraine, gently sautéed lamb or a beef burger on fresh brioche.
From its origins in Belgian cuisine but with an international twist, Maison Mathis offers a varied menu to suit the discerning palates of Dubai. Ahead of Maison Mathis’ opening in Arabian Ranches, the team has been intensively trained by Belgian master chefs, coffee roasters, master bakers and cocktail experts.
Bread is undoubtedly at the centre of Maison Mathis, as guests are immediately treated to the sights and smells of the on site bakery. Open from 7 am each morning, a breakfast of Pain Perdu, Patisseries and Belgian waffles can be enjoyed in a home away from home, à la Maison.
