Sake No Hana Dubai Launches Trendy Japanese Custom
Sake No Hana Dubai, the hybrid Japanese lifestyle destination from Hakkasan Group and The Crystal Group, launches Zensai.
Zensai, is culturally rooted and synonymous with ‘small bites,’ will offer Japanese inspired cocktails along with a complimentary selection of authentic bites, inspired by Japanese street food, fusing the two elements.
This pre-dinner social experience encapsulates authentic Japanese cuisine in a dynamic and engaging manner, served in a relaxed environment.
With its signature dishes, sake flights and innovative cocktails, Sake No Hana Dubai takes guests on a ceremonial culinary experience of Japan.
For those who are looking to continue from the lounge to the restaurant, Head Chef Yukitaka Kitade’s signature creations include - charcoal grilled wagyu beef, decadent lobster tempura, grilled Alaskan king crab, sashimi style wagyu beef, Alaskan cod prepared in a Japanese iron pot and a fresh selection of wild sashimi, chosen daily by Chef Kitade himself.
