Ras Al Khaimah Hospitality Group (HG) is celebrating this February the first anniversary of Pesto Ristorante Italiano, Ras Al Khaimah’s first stand- alone Italian restaurant. Owned by the Ras Al Khaimah Government and managed by the Ras Al Khaimah HG, Pesto offers the emirate residents, an authentic culinary experience on Al Qawasim Corniche, one of Ras Al Khaimah’s premium locations.
The
Ras Al Khaimah HG LLC was established in November 2011 as a Government of Ras
Al Khaimah entity to support and develop the Emirate’s hospitality industry and
Pesto was its first brand to launch in the emirate.

Speaking
about Pesto’s first anniversary, Victor Louis Chief Executive Officer, Ras Al
Khaimah HG, said: “Pesto represents a new concept for food and beverage stand-alone
restaurants in the emirate. Since its opening last year, it became a hub for
Italian food lovers, who are looking for an exclusive dining experience with
high quality food, standards and service. Pesto has been hugely successful and
we are delighted to be celebrating the restaurant’s first anniversary.”
Located
on Ras Al Khaimah’s popular Corniche Al Qawasim and overlooking the mangroves
and Al Hajir Mountain, Pesto is a modern and authentic Italian restaurant that
offers a wide variety of traditional homemade Italian dishes including pasta
and pizzas. To celebrate the first anniversary, Pesto is offering a two-week
‘Pizza Festival’ which includes the new and exclusive pizza concept – ‘Gourmet
Pizza’, where diners can select from eight different types of ‘Gourmet Pizza’.
The
Pesto ‘Pizza Festival’ runs until end of February 2013, where diners are
presented a scratch card every time they dine that offers the chance to win
various prizes including food and beverage discounts. During Pesto Festival,
guests will enjoy live entertainment every evening, while tasting their Italian
delights or relax with their favourite shisha flavour on the second floor
terrace.by the year 2016.
