Punjabi Festival at Claypot @CitymaxHotels

Authentic North Indian dishes at the Punjabi Festival in Claypot.
It is all about the food at the Punjabi Festival in Claypot - traditional and authentic North Indian farmers’ dishes in celebration of Baisakhi, the North Indian harvest festival at the beginning of the solar year.
From the buffet start with MACCHI AMRISTARI, a deep fried Ajwain-flavoured fish. For vegetarian main courses taste your way through BAINGAN BHARTA, charcoal- smoked eggplant, KADI PAKODI, a home-style Pakoda simmered in a yoghurt based gravy or RAJMA MASALA, red kidney beans with our chef’s specialty Masala. The RARA GOSHT PUNJABI is a Dhaba specialty of spring lamb cooked with mutton Kheema and liver while the classic BUTTER CHICKEN MASALA needs no introduction.
Whatever you do, don’t miss the SARSON KA SAAG, the Punjabi farmers’ winter specialty of fresh mustard leaves in white butter and garlic with Makki Di Roti flat bread.
