The popular Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles made a very special appearance at the Sahara Centre yesterday, welcoming families from the local community to a special meet and greet session which was hosted at the promotion area and the East Atrium wing of Sharjah’s leading shopping destination.
Scheduled to run until today, (20th June,
from 6pm – 9pm), the well-known cartoon and movie characters Learnardo and
Donatello entertained the crowds by sharing their very best ninja moves with a
star struck audience and intrigued passers-by. Performing alongside the turtles
was the Hungarian procession band Strokes, who will be playing to crowds at the
Sahara Centre for an extended amount of time until the 28th June
also from 6pm – 9pm.
Akram Ammar, Sahara Centre’s General Manager, said:
“We were delighted to welcome Leonardo and Donatello to the Sahara Centre to
meet with a very excited crowd of children and their parents and to share with
them some of the action moves from the Teenage Ninja Turtles movie. The buzz
throughout the mall was electric and we would welcome the turtles back to the
Sahara Centre any time”.
The
special meet and greet session was the perfect opportunity for customers to see
the newest wing of the Sahara Centre, the East Atrium. New stores and brands now on offer to shoppers are well known high-street
