Gold’s Gym UAE, a member of Al Ahli Holding Group is all set to extend its regional footprint with the opening of its world class facility in the UAE at Ibn Battuta Gate. The fitness giant aims at providing UAE residents with a wider platform to realize their fitness goals with this 20,000sq.ft club.

This new location will also offer robotic parking and more features such as free kids classes for members. It is a mixed-use facility, open to both men and women, will cover one of the busiest areas in new Dubai an entertaining mix of fitness and wellbeing classes including Gold’s Group Exercise (GGX), Personal Training and Group Training. Group sessions include Body Jam, Body Combat, Hip-Hop, Body Pump, Body Balance and Yoga. A hard driving indoor cycling studio and special classes for kids complement the mix.
