ANNOUNCED RELEASE DATE AND CONTENTS FOR WRC 3 PLAYSTATION®VITA AND PLAYSTATION®STORE

WRC 3 FIA WORLD RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP

UAE, 8TH October 2012 - Milestone, the largest Italian videogames developer and publisher for consoles and Windows PC, recognized worldwide as a leading Studio specializing in racing titles, has announced today that WRC 3FIA World Rally Championship for PlayStation®Vita and PlayStation®Store  will be available starting by 26th October 2012.

The contents which will be included in the Sony handheld version are the following:

-          All the 54 official teams of the current season

-          WRC Experience game mode that will feature Single Stage, Single Rally and 2012 Championship

-          WRC Online game mode which will allow an amazing multiplayer experience for a never-ending Rally game

-          6 different Rallies (Rallye Monte-Carlo, Rallye de France - Alsace, RallyRACC-Rally de Espana,Acropolis Rally, ADAC Rallye Deutschland and Wales Rally GB)

-          3 official categories (WRC, WRC 2 and WRC 3) and 11 official cars

-          Trophies support

After the release date, for those who will buy WRC 3 PS®Vita, will be available a free DLC which will include 3 exclusive tracks: Rally Guanajuato Mexico,Philips Rally Argentina and Vodafone Rally de Portugal

Developed and published by Milestone, World Rally Championship 3 will be available on 12th of October 2012 for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3, Windows PC and on 26th October 2012 for PlayStation®Vita and PlayStation®Store.

WRC 3 marks a radical departure from the previous titles in the series and sees the team using a completely new graphics and game engine, developed in-house. There are the main game modes: Road to Glory, the newly designed career mode, WRC EXPERIENCE that will put the player in a professional rally driver’s shoes and WRC ONLINE, the multiplayer mode. The game features all rallies from the 2012 WRC calendar, complete with all leading WRC teams and drivers in the revamped career mode.
