Drift King Ahmed Al Ameri impressed drifting fans by clinching 2nd
place with a dazzling display at Round 3 of Drift UAE held at the Emirates
Motorplex, in Um Al Quwain.
At a hotly contested round of Drift UAE,
Al Ameri and his Toyota 86 drift machine laid their mark on the grounds of the
Emirates Motorplex and wowed spectators with sheer power and sideways action.
This great performance culminates a long period of research and development to
make Toyota EDT’s Toyota 86 one of the best drift machines in the world. 
“I am extremely proud with the performance
of the car today. The team has really worked hard to make this vehicle reach
this level. We put on a great show for the spectators and the Toyota EDT fans
who I can’t thank enough for their support they have been absolutely amazing.
The vehicle has faced some technical difficulties, but today’s performance
promises that the vehicle will further improve in the next couple of rounds,”
said Al Ameri.
“Today’s
success wouldn’t have been possible without the support of Al-Futtaim Motors

high level in today’s race. With their support Toyota EDT will continue to go
from strength to strength in future drifting competitions,” he added.
