Designed by Bash Hesnef, GQ Bar is set across two floors and provides a refined yet cozy environment juxtaposed with its sleek, modern interiors. GQ memorabilia lining the walls also adds a touch of authenticity. Showcasing a contemporary menu specially curated by the Director of Condé Nast International Restaurants, Gary Robinson, and GQ Bar Head Chef, Bruno Carvalho, which tempts the palate of even the most discerning foodie, the menu is highlighted by signature dishes including, truffle pizza, curly green endive salad with hazelnut dressing and fresh sea bass and black quinoa, served with roasted baby leeks and celeriac purée.
It’s hard to resist the extensive list of drinks on offer, ranging from the classic, old fashioned varieties for those traditional connoisseurs who like to stick with what they know, to the more elaborate cocktails, such as the GQ Bar Espresso Martini, for the more adventurous types. Gentlemen can even have a unique shisha blended for them based on their personal preference and have the recipe noted for their next visit to GQ Bar.
