Diners
can relax in a modern Indian setting and enjoy classic dishes that have been
given a truly modern twist. Shifting away from the typical heavy Indian style
of cooking, the menu includes Masala Falafel Roll, Chicken Tikka Salad and a
Vegetable Jalfrezi bursting with fresh ingredients.
Chefs
have also been working for months on the healthiest Indian dish in the country
and have created a tasty Quinoa Biryani that is both gluten and cholesterol
free. At the heart of the Biryani Pot menu are a range of other Biryanis, from
chicken, lamb and prawn to one flavoured with lemon and curry leaves – all
cooked in a traditional clay pot.
Serving
from 7.30 am on weekdays and 10.30 am on weekends, breakfast is also available
along with a range of curries, tandoor grills, kathi rolls, salads, breads and
desserts. Everything at Biryani Pot is cooked fresh with the restaurant located
on the second floor at The Galleria Mall, Sowwah Square, Al Maryah Island.
