Storytelling, dance performances, live music and choreographed shows came
together as Majid Al Futtaim Properties’ three Dubai shopping malls: Deira City
Centre, Mall of the Emirates and Mirdif City Centre celebrated Eid Al
Fitr.
The Arabic Folklore show begins with an introduction of medieval characters from the Middle Eastern folk tale, King Sharyar and King Shahrazad and was followed by a well-staged performance that blended past and present cultures.
As the show ended, a traditional dance from an Arab country was performed including UAE, Lebanon, Egypt, Oman, Palestine, Jordan, Morocco and Syria. The show continues at Deira City Centre and Mirdif City Centre this week until the 14th:
