Saadiyat. Highlights include a brand new premium Dom Perignon brunch which can
be combined with a day’s lounging by the pool and use of the beautiful beach
and luxurious spa facilities, as well as the return of Chef Mathew’s unique
brunch comprising 16 creative dishes.Fun nights at Sea Lounge include the Spanish-themed Puesta Del Sol – complete with live cooking and Flamenco dancing, the Vendredi House Sessions 12 hour party and ‘Disco Fever’.

Vendredi House Sessions – The capitals longest party, Vendredi House Sessions is a 12 hour long party with resident DJ's Melohman, Koast and Soulfisher spinning the very best in house music all night.

Puesta Del Sol – Award-winning chef Mathew Goodlet will host a live cooking session of the traditional Spanish delicacy, Paella each week. Re-launching 21st September Every Saturday from 4pm onwards. From 4 to 7pm enjoy traditional Flamenco performances, dancers and a Spanish guitarist. From 7pm onwards, resident DJ Melohman will take to the decks with a mix of Latin, house, Brazilian, funk, Nu Jazz and soulful beats. Paella dishes from AED99 per person.

Tuck into Chef Mathew’s delicious and unique brunch, where a series of sixteen creative dishes will be served tapas style to your table.
