Monte-Carlo
Beach Club, Saadiyat has created the most luxurious brunch in the UAE, in
association with Dom Perignon.
The
award-winning culinary team at Le Deck has created a sumptuous and imaginative
brunch, designed to be enjoyed with the world class vintage French bubbly.
Made
up of twelve creative dishes, followed by an interactive pastry station, the
brunch is served directly to your table, tapas style, to ensure a more sociable
atmosphere.
The
Monte-Carlo Beach Club, Saadiyat team have spent months perfecting the dishes
to guarantee luxury in every bite. General manager, Bill Loveday commented: “The
club’s culinary team have gone above and beyond this year to create a
spectacular brunch – and we are really proud of what they have created.”
The
menu, which changes weekly, features inspired dishes of pan seared foie
gras with mixed berry crumble, goat cheese and beetroot cigars and seared
scallops with parsnip puree.
“Our
chefs are always coming up with new ideas – so many in fact that the brunch
menu will change each week. You can expect a new and different experience each time
you visit.”
From
2pm, Sea Lounge’s resident DJs take to the decks to keep the party going until
4am.
Alongside
the brand new brunch offering, the club’s award-winning restaurant Le Deck has
created a brand new menu for the new season. Some highlights of the revamped
menu include, Hand Dived Scallops with potato foam and cured duck, Squid
ink infused Orecchiette pasta and Soy glazed Black cod and cuttlefish.
The
brunch, which will be available from September 27th, includes Dom
Perignon and unlimited other house beverages for 999 AED.
Other
brunch packages start from AED 270 for soft drinks, AED 400 for Bubbly (inclusive
of house wines and Prosecco) and AED 450 for French bubbly (inclusive of French
bubbly, house spirits and beer).
Guests
can combine their luxury brunch with a day pass to Monte-Carlo Beach Club,
Saadiyat, including access to the beach, pool, spa and gym, for an extra 350
AED.
