The hotly anticipated new club announces venue and opening date, promising nothing but the best night out for the real people of Dubai

Societe Dubai, a new independent club, will have a VIP launch on Tuesday 10 December 2013 and its grand opening on Thursday 12 December at the Marina Byblos Hotel, Dubai Marina. Set to open four nights a week with a refreshing attitude to music, Societe Dubai will establish itself as the bedrock of fun musical entertainment and nightlife for the informed clientele of Dubai.

Societe will bring a new lease of life to the nightscape in the city. The entertainment venue has fun at its core and hopes to build a ‘Societe’ of loyal partygoers that relish a non-pretentious environment. Offering a vibrant ambiance, fun music and impeccable service, Societe Dubai embraces a feeling of space, invigoration and excitement.

The music of the club is an integral part of Societe’s concept. A series of old school, classic acts will perform live every Sunday night. Alongside top artists spinning the decks, Societe will move away from the stereotypical music genres and offer the best pop music, dance hits and rock and roll tunes from the 80’s, 90’s and 00’s decades.

The drinks menu will reflect the music of the venue- fun and full of classics. The cocktail menu will have a special cross-decades twist and large cocktails for sharing to add a social element to the beverage range.

The brainchild of Societe, Gary Holliday, is the award winning nightclub manager and creator who comments, ‘We decided to launch at the Byblos Hotel, as the hotel’s location is ideal and the venue space is ideal for our vision. The aim is to create ‘Nothing but the best night out’ with a ‘Societe Experience’ that welcomes everyone with the right attitude, judges no-one and rewards a great smile. We want our clients to feel like a valid member’s of our Societe with a sense of community and belonging.’
