Forum taking place from 7-9 October to facilitate knowledge transfer and inspire innovation

The Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development has announced that it will host the Abu Dhabi Entrepreneurship Forum from 7-9 October at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. This is in line with the Fund’s goal of incubating the next generation of innovative SME’s, thus fulfilling its role as a key driver of sustainable growth for the business sector.

Making the announcement, His Excellency Abdullah Saeed Al Darmaki, CEO of the Khalifa Fund said, “This event aims to discover and nurture the brightest entrepreneurial talents in order to cultivate a supportive environment where entrepreneurs can thrive. We will help them to successfully overcome business challenges and become thought leaders who elevate our economy to the next level.”

The forum equips participants with leadership skills, while teaching the adoption of international best practices in employee management, project management, innovative thinking and numerous other skills aligned with the economic goals enshrined under Abu Dhabi Vision 2030.

The agenda will include financing options for SME’s and micro-enterprises, the role of the youth as the next generation of business leaders, social empowerment and the importance of creative business concepts that maximize the UAE’s economic competitiveness on the global stage.

To make the dissemination of knowledge as lively and participant-friendly as possible, workshops, panel discussions and investor clinics will teach entrepreneurs how to transform big ideas into financially viable projects. All this will collectively contribute to accelerating the transition towards a fully knowledge-driven economy championed by high-achievers.

Participates will include prominent captains of industry, investors, government officials and senior decision makers from the private and public sector at the national, regional and global level.
