Emirates Golf Club and Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club will be hosting a
variety of festive packages for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve
this year, ideal for those looking for exclusive lunches and dinners, family
friendly celebrations and party events.
Christmas Day
The Emirates Golf Club venues - Le
Classique and M’s - will both host Christmas Day feasts with the brunch
package at M’s offering a family friendly experience with all the delicious
festive favourite dishes as well as children’s entertainment with a Santa Claus
gift corner, face painting, bouncy castle and computer games space.
Le Classique will be hosting a
special festive gourmet four-course menu, with a glass of bubbly on arrival,
allowing guests to relax with family and friends in the magnificent surrounds
of the French fine dining restaurant. A selection of reds and whites will be on
offer to get everyone into the festive spirit.
Legends at Dubai Creek
Golf & Yacht Club is treating guests to an exquisite brunch option, inviting
them to indulge in a grand festive buffet featuring a decadent international
selection of salads and starters seafood on ice, hand carved roast turkey with
accompaniments, mouth-watering main courses and tempting desserts.
Guests can take advantage of LakeView’s
stunning golf course and creek views and enjoy a special Christmas Day buffet
dinner in unforgettable surroundings. A sumptuous array of starters including
turkey salad, veal chipolata terrine and turkey ballotine will be on offer,
while the delicious main course selection includes hand carved turkey with
accompaniments and much more. Festive celebrations will be topped off by
traditional desserts including Christmas pudding and mince pies.
Turkey To Go
For those who don’t fancy doing
the cooking over the festive season, Dubai Golf should be the only port of
call. Emirates Golf Club’s takeaway service includes butterball turkey,
chestnut stuffing, chipolatas and bacon rolls, brussel sprouts and parsley
carrots, Roast parsnips and fondant potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce. An
option of Foie Gras de Canard en Terrine (traditional duck liver terrine) with
fig chutney is also available.
Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht
Club’s new Academy Café has a team of experienced chefs ready to prepare
a delicious turkey with all the trimmings perfect for a festive celebration.
Guests can order a traditional roast butterball turkey accompanied by roasted
root vegetables, sage and onion stuffing, chipolata sausages, roast potatoes,
gravy and cranberry compote.
New Year’s Eve
Bid farewell to 2013 and welcome
in 2014 in style with a host of celebrations at both clubs with innovative
themes, live entertainment, food and beverage packages to get people into the
party mood.
An Oscars themed New Year’s Eve
celebration will be held in the magnificent surroundings of Le Classique
at the Emirates Golf Club, with guests indulging in an opulent feast featuring
foie gras, scallops, oysters and lobster with selected beverages and live
entertainment. Spike Bar will be glammed up for a Hollywood Bollywood
spectacular, with an international buffet, unlimited beverages and
entertainment provided by a live band and DJ. Family friendly celebrations are
to be had at M’s this year, with live cooking stations, carvery, raw
seafood bar and dessert buffet. There will be a live band playing on the night
and guests are welcome to enjoy the after party at Spike Bar.
Budding James Bonds should head
to LakeView at the Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club for an evening of
subterfuge and iconic glamour to celebrate a special ‘Bond Moments’ themed
evening in celebration of 007’s 50th anniversary. Guests are encouraged to come
dressed as the legendary spy, a glamorous Bond girl or one of the famous
villains and will be welcomed by 007’s favourite beverage on arrival, followed
by a sumptuous dinner buffet with live cooking stations prepared by the
experienced team of chefs. A live band and DJ will make it a New Year’s Eve
party to remember.
Dubai’s ultimate creek-side
venue, QDs, will get luminous to welcome in 2014. Guests will glow as
they walk into QD’s and be dazzled by an array of glowing beverages for the
ultimate New Year’s Eve party. An international buffet will be available
replete with live cooking stations, while a live DJ will be providing eclectic
tunes and an impressive light-show.
