UAE Thursday 1st November 2012: Reebok Ambassador and top international
athlete, Lewis Hamilton delighted fans in the UAE yesterday by taking time out
of his busy motor racing schedule to take part a live CrossFit training session
and meet and greet session with fans ahead of this weekend’s Abu Dhabi fixture.
Lewis,
who finished in Poll Position at the 2011 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, joined Reebok
at the Dubai Marina Mall to demonstrate his athleticism, discuss his gruelling
training routine and unveil the workout secrets that ensure he keeps at the top
of his sport.
Put
through his paces by 2011 Reebok CrossFit Asian Regionals Champion, Candice
Howe and Reebok CrossFit LifeSpark affiliate owner Ben Ford, Lewis was joined on
stage by four fans who had won the once-in-a-lifetime chance to ‘workout with
Lewis’ on the day.
The
CrossFit circuit included squats, kettle bell swings, push-ups and burpees all
regular features in Lewis Hamilton’s training schedule and CrossFit workouts of
the day.
