Cooking Classes 2013
Take your love of food to the next level with interactive, hands-on cooking classes at The Address Dubai Marina’s main kitchen. Each class ranges from one to four hours, all providing step-by-step instructions to master the culinary arts.
Chocolate Truffle Making Class
Learn the basics behind chocolate and its history at the Chocolate Truffle making class. Work with Milk, Dark, and White Ganache’s, to turn your creations into hand-dipped and rolled truffles. You can take home your wonderful creations to share with the family too!

Macaroon Making Class
Master the art of making one of France’s favourite desserts, the macaroon, where you will be able to create a variety of flavours to impress your friends and family.

Havana Nights
Bailame Cuba brings Havana Nights at Blends every Wednesday. Dance the Cuban way with Salsa instructor Aloy Junco whilst DJ Evo mixes the latest Cuban-Latino sounds with percussions to build the Havana ambience. Keep the party going with complimentary Cuban Salsa classes and beverages for the ladies.

Spanish Summer Flavours at Shades
Shades is cooking up a Mediterranean classic this summer, with Spanish paella served three ways. A signature dish from the lively coastal city of Valencia, and a favourite of locals and tourists since the mid-19thcentury, the freshest ingredients from land and sea are combined with authentic bomba rice and golden yellow strands of saffron to create Spain’s most famous culinary export.
