Following the enormous success of Emperor
1688, the menswear brand that brought the Golkar brothers international
acclaim, and a stellar high profile celebrity following, the Golkar brothers’
luxury haute couture label, GOLKAR was born in October 2012.
The elegant new atelier, reminiscent of the
great Parisian salons of yesteryear, opened it’s doors for the first time
recently, creating a wave of excitement amongst the country’s fashion lovers
who first got a taste of the brother’s exquisite work when they were
commissioned to create a capsule collection to present along with the new
collection of Bulgari jewels at an exclusive show at the Monte Carlo Beach Club
in Abu Dhabi.
