Union Tree Planting Ceremony Held at Global Village

In support of the Union Tree initiative launched by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Global Village, the region’s leading cultural, entertainment and shopping destination held a tree planting ceremony in front of its head office in Global Village on 2 December 2012 during UAE’s 41^st National Day celebrations. With the presence of Saeed Ali Bin Redha, CEO of Global Village and team the tree planting ceremony took place to mark this memorable day.

This tree planting ceremony comes following the example set by his H.H. Sheikh Mohammed embodied in planting a union tree in every house, school, hospital and ministry in the country to celebrate UAE’s 41^st National Day, and every part should preserve and care for the tree as well as UAE’s environment.
