Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE:HOT) today announced the re-opening of the iconic Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers on 9 April following an extensive US$50 million renovation. Opened in 1978, the landmark hotel was the first Starwood hotel to open in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Following the refurbishment – which includes all guestrooms, facilities, public spaces and the hotel’s Italian restaurant, Vivaldi by Alfredo Russo, as well as its Indian restaurant Ashiana by Vineet – Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers will continue to be a choice gathering place for global travellers and the local community.

Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers offers an array of dining experiences in a prime location along the Creek. Heralded as one of the best Italian restaurants in Dubai, Vivaldi by Alfredo Russo offers a creative gastronomic menu createdby Michelin-starred chef Alfredo Russo. Overlooking the waters and skyline of Dubai, the restaurant features a trendy all-day bar, private dining room and a climate controlled terrace for year-round al-fresco dining.
The award-winning Ashiana by Vineet is a pioneer of traditional Indian cuisine in Dubai, using progressive techniques served with modern presentation and it now presents a menu designed by none other than world famous Michelin-starred Vineet Bhatia.
